- Account identifier: A unique user ID (UUID) associated with your account. You sign in via magic link (email) or Google; we do not collect or store passwords.
- Email address: The email you use to sign in (magic link or Google) and the email you provide in our application form.
- Name: The name you provide when applying.
- Business description: The information you provide describing what are you building on the application form.
- Application status: Whether your application is pending, accepted, or rejected, and the date you applied.
- Session registrations: Which LaunchNite pitch sessions you sign up for (date/time and session details).
- Timestamps: When you created your account and when you registered for sessions.
We may also receive technical and usage data from our hosting and authentication providers (e.g., session cookies, IP address, and log data) necessary to operate the service and prevent abuse.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to: process your application; communicate with you (e.g., acceptance or rejection emails, calendar links, session reminders); manage pitch sessions and your registrations; improve our service; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored and processed using Supabase (database and authentication) and related infrastructure. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, complete authentication flows, secure the service, and remember simple client-side preferences such as dismissing the cookie notice. These technologies may be set by LaunchNite and our infrastructure providers that support authentication and hosting.
