By accessing or using LaunchNite ("the Service") at LaunchNite.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for founders and entrepreneurs who wish to participate in pitch sessions. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Account and Sign-In
You create an account by signing in via magic link (email) or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email and for all activity under your account. We do not store passwords; authentication is handled by our providers (e.g., Supabase, Google).
4. Your Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information when applying and to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users or the operation of the Service. You represent that the information you submit about your company is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to present such information.
5. Pitch Sessions
Participation in pitch sessions is subject to acceptance of your application by LaunchNite. Session availability, format, and feedback are provided as-is. We do not guarantee any particular outcome (e.g., funding or investor introductions).
6. Intellectual Property and License
The Service, including its design, text, and code, is owned by LaunchNite or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a license to use that content to operate the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchNite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
